I have not got to run much lately. Oh, A short run here and there, but I really have not hit it hard like I'll need to start doing in order to do the longer races this fall.Winter is almost past. The grayness, the lifelessness of the dark months is moving on.
Somehow, the muddy Arkansas River is theraputic to my sometimes troubled mind.
Always familiar, yet always throwing out a different look. Like an old friend, doing it's best to cheer me up.
Almost there.
