Training is complete....could have done more. Tapering is through....shoulda rested more. Tomorrow we drive 750 miles north to run 100 miles. I'll try to sleep all I can, then do my best to fight sleep for the next 30 hours. Then I'll sleep for a couple of days. I watched what I ate for 6 weeks. I'll force myself to eat anything that'll stay down while running. Then I'll eat everything in sight while recovering. You'd think burning 12000+ calories would result in a few pounds lost, but I'll gain at least 5.
Wish me luck, send me good vibes, say a prayer on my behalf. I'll need it all.
