I ran an easy 4.4 around Zink Lake tonight. Almost completely flat with a nice view of the river the whole way, asphalt trails and lit all the way. I ran with my friends Bobby, Michael, Cassy, Lauren, and Deon. Picture taking was less than stellar though. A little grainy for my tastes, but here are the best of the bad.

Taken from the pedestrian bridge. The bridge is my favorite 1/3 mile to run anywhere! Running on wooden planks just agrees with my stride!
Our run started out a little cold, but after moving for about 3 or 4 minutes, 41 degrees felt just fine.
